"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Niru penthouse has the best views in the complex with its wraparound deck on the main level and from the rooftop. We spent most evenings up on the private rooftop deck, the weather was perfect for it, and having our own BBQ up there made it feel like our own little retreat. The plunge pool got a lot of use too.The development is still newer, so the landscaping isn't fully grown, but you can already tell it's going to be gorgeous in a few years. It was quiet and peaceful, the neighbors were friendly, and the complex staff went out of their way to help whenever we needed anything. The gym recently got new equipment, which was a nice surprise for a property this size. Grocery store is an easy 15 minute walk if you're up for it."

The two bedrooms with king beds are so spacious and comfortable! Our morning coffee on the deck with the view of the mountains is spectacular and out of the sun too enjoy!The upstairs is another gorgeous place for lounging or jumping in the plunge pool to cool off!It’s just a great space. The main pool at the complex is also so nice and big with another pool soon finished. Never played pickle ball but the court was also very nice. This place is very beautiful and quiet and close to the beach and restaurants."
