  • Located, a ten minutes by walk from the center of Playas, where there are typical restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.
    Within three minutes walking, you can reach the seafood market.
    In front of the Beach, only 1 minute away
    walking.
    180 degree panoramic view of the sea from the balcony of the apartment.
    The concept of Be LOCAL PLAYAS is created by "cloning" the Japanese philosophy of our BE LOCAL JAPAN headquarters, created by RYU KASAI where the word RESPECT is fundamental for the perfect coexistence of oriental society.
    Our guest, being part of the international BE LOCAL community, is obliged to maintain the Japanese precepts, to always keep the 2 R: RESPECT AND RESPONSIBILITY, where both the guest and the host must fully comply with each one of them.
