“A acomodação é impecável, mas o processo de check-in é muito ruim. A começar, há um código para entrar no prédio, que deveria ser encaminhado por email, mas não foi. Tive que contatar o Hotéis.com e depois o flat para nos encaminharem este código. Quando conseguimos entrar, fizemos o check in na máquina, e ela nos deu o código do quarto. O quarto não abria, e um outro casal teve o mesmo problema. Depois de inúmeras ligações, conseguimos entrar no quarto após uma hora da chegada. Mas o alojamento……

“The hotel is clean and easy to check in. The location is good and you can walk to every spots. The staff is warm and helpful. The reception had free coffee, tea, biscuits and a fridge for you to store some small items. Highly recommended.”

“The staff are friendly. The room is spacious and tidy which is enough for two people. The bathroom is big. In general, perfect.”

“Interesting hotel. We stayed in a larger room. Property was hard to find. There is only street parking offload, but hotel has a deal with a nearby parking garage for 18E. Wonderful new vegan resturaunt, Mezze, across the street. Hotel is located very well. Taxi to Alhambra is very reasonable. ”

“The room is very big. It is a bit noise as it is next to the street. Staffs are green but enthusiasm. The Resturant is good especially the breakfast. The waiter of mid age man had given me very good service.”

“Newly renovated hotel with great location, lots restaurants and coffee shops near by and the Cathedral only 8 minutes walk away. You can even see the night light of Alhambra through room windows. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Only weakness is there is no kettle in the room, in winter it is a bit pity.”
