"We were in a floor with a full soccer team that converted the hall into a live cantina/ bar from 7pm -2am ...when got our rooms changed at 1:30 am (cause management couldnt enforce order in the hall) we were given rooms with less beds and the night manager asked me to wake up my 80 year old mother to make the switch in 15min. Hotels.com didnt help trough the process "

"An excellent apartment, exactly as described by the owner. Super clean, and well provisioned. Plus a comfortable bed and plush towels. Wifi is strong too. A great location, just a few minute’s walk to shops, restaurants, museums, parks, etc. Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again in future. "
