“Cozy place to stay”

“I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. ”

“Great location. Very hard to find something quiet in Mexico City. If you book a room without a balcony, they face the back and are very quiet. Good AC and nice comfortable bed with good quality linens. Staff was very friendly and arranged massages for us in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“This was my first time visiting Mexico City and I was beyond pleased. This hotel is great with security (I traveled solo and am a female) the reception helps SO much with providing info regarding places to eat, visit, and explore. They really care and take the time to do so, shout out to Diego. There was also a woman who worked for the luggage and door—she was simply amazing. My room was SO comfortable. I went to the ritz for the last 3 nights in CDMX and guess what? THE RITZ DIDNT EVEN COMPARE……

“A fabulous stay! ✨The hotel is so chic and cute and clean and modern. Obviously the location is really quite attractive. The neighborhood (Roma Norte) surrounding the hotel is so lush and green and full of beautiful art and colored buildings! There’s so much rich food around the neighborhood, and all the hot taco spots you could think of. Even the hot churro spots are nearby. Above all the hospitality is absolutely excellent. The staff are so warm and so friendly and they really get to know you……

“The room was extremely small with no natural light and very low lighting when the lights are on. There was a noise that never stopped, day or night, but it constantly varied in intensity and it woke us often. The breakfast was very simple with not many options. Especially if you can’t eat gluten! However, the staff was nice and the location was good. It all depends what you’re looking for. ”
