「I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in.
The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor.
The issues:
This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night.
The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using.
There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows.
Toilet bowl was...

「The pros were that the property and building were quiet, check in and out was easy, and everything worked (TV, fridge, etc). However the unit itself felt somewhat dingy/dirty, particularly the floors. The washing machine had a musty/mildew smell but luckily we were not trying to wash anything as we were only spending one night. The most egregious offenses in my opinion were: 1. 「This was a really nice and spacious loft/apartment! We stayed two nights. We loved the apartment! The owners Dallas and Mari are great! They are responsive and communicate everything you need to know about the apartment, door entries, neighborhood, and how to contact them if needed. We did have some difficulty getting into the apartment, and Mari was responsive and quick to handle the minor issue.Overall: The apartment is spacious for a two bedroom and very quiet.
