Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Good communication, good location. Owner proactively called to indicate plumber needed to come, for a backup in the basement. That did not impact our stay. We had problems securing the electric locks, but certainly felt safe in the neighborhood.
