“Nicely appointed, very clean unit was perfect for my husband and me. We were able to walk for coffee, food, shopping, and the parking spot made it easy to come and go. While there is an air conditioner, it needed fan help to get the cool air into the bedroom. Temps were in the 80s and 90s outside, so it's probably a non-issue most of the year.”

“The apartment itself is clean, modern and spacious. The surrounding streets felt safe. We walked to Whole Foods and also explored a bit of the nicely maintained Friendship neighorhood. The owner was kind in allowing us an early check-in, once the cleaner was finished with the unit. We were surprised about the exterior of the building. (We should have noted that there are no exterior photos on the listing.) Whereas it seems to once have been an historic home, it has had various additions to……

“This was a lovely but very tiny house. Although the listing is very clear we underestimate the space we would need for two adults, an adult-sized teen, and a dog. Our fault we felt cramped! The location was perfect and we think it would be the perfect space for a couple and even a family with a smaller kiddo. It was cool and comfortable and met all our needs. ”

“Modern decor created a nice atmosphere and the place was spotless. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently. I did need to buy a pack of sponges for the sink. Aldis across the street was so convenient. Rod noise from Penn Avenue was noticeable at night but sound machines wee provided in every bedroom. Very thoughtful. Beds were very comfortable. The location was good for us as it was central to what we needed. Parking was no problem. The host was very responsive when needed. Go for it!”

“Comfortable, immaculate space that easily accommodated 9 of us in Pittsburgh for my Dad's 90th birthday. We enjoyed the spacious combo kitchen/living/dining area on first floor. Perfect spot for relaxing, chatting with relatives and watching sports on TV. Easy walking distance to cool neigborhood eateries.Nice small park nearby for walkers/joggers.”

“The property is exactly how it's listed. Having off street parking is key. Located two blocks off of a main street where there are tons of restaurants and bars that you can walk to. The house is pretty much a 15 min drive from everywhere you want to go. We were there to tour PITT. Perfect location for getting to campus. It was less than a 10 min drive.”

“We were in town to visit colleges as my son will be applying this year. This rental had everything we needed. Convenient location and parking. Hassle free check-in, check-out. Walking distance to Butler St. It was freezing while we visited so the hot tub was extra fun and it was so cozy to come into the fire place. The delicious coffee, and Ms. Pac-Man put it over the top. Beds were super comfy. If my son ends up in Pittsburgh, this will be our first choice for accommodations. ”
