"Having on suite laundry and kitchen is great, with the prices for everything on Broadway it helps cut back on spending. Was clean, the 10th floor area is great, quick walk to everything broadway, printers alley, buses etc. Staff was very nice The worst part was the noise from bikes, trash trucks etc it was very very loud, and their pillows are tiny so ask for more. Elevator can be a pain most of the time when busy"

"It was very new, clean, modern. I definitely recommend this place. it was a 5 minute scooter ride or 7 minute uber ride to Broadway. Only issue I would say it we didn't get the entrance code. We had to wait until someone came to open. That is my only advice to Management renting these units. Besides that, best place to be if you want you own space away from the Nashville Hotel madness. Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them.
