“We didn't use the pool. It was very dirty, but I was told it would be cleaned on Sunday (I was home all day working), I didn't see anyone come to clean, I notified the management staff, they said someone accessed the gate... maybe they did, but the pool looked exactly the same with the same amount of dirt and leaves in the bottom, and the water level was so low that the skimmer/filter couldn't filter the surface debris. “The property had two homes and two out buildings. The site felt more like a luxury villa than a rental. There were many kitchens, bedroom and social areas. “Upon our arrival into our stay we noticed just a couple of things that didn’t meet the eye but figured after a long travel day it was almost 1am, we might feel differently in the AM. Our sink from the start was clogged and my boyfriend had to play mister plumber to make the water go down in the bathroom. When we removed the piece it was full of hair leading me to believe that the surfaces are just whipped down to seem “appealing” to the eye and thorough cleanings are not being done properly……

“We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay.”
