  • Located in a beautiful new residence on the seafront promenade of Pleneuf Val André, this apartment opens its door for peaceful and exotic holidays! Comfortably furnished, with hotel-quality products and in a modern and elegant style, you will immediately feel at ease during your stay as close as possible to the Breton coast.



    Tastefully furnished 63 m² apartment in Pléneuf-Val-André in Pléneuf-Val-André which has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a 7 m² terrace, a TV, a parking space in the basement and lift access to the apartment. The American kitchen is equipped with a microwave, combined oven and ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Very comfortable seaside apartment

Very convenient apartment near the centre of Val Andre, handy for shops and restaurants and 1 minute from the beach. Unfortunately the lift didn't work on several occasions, but this didn't affect our enjoyment of the week. We've been to Val Andre on previous occasions and will be happy to stay here again.

L'accueil de Marie Noelle. Le calme de la résidence et sa proximité de la plage. Le confort de l'appartement. Il serait agréable d'avoir des tapis de bain dans les salles de bain. Le réfrigérateur est trop petit (nous étions 3 cela allait, mais à 6 c'est trop juste). Il manque une théière, nous avons du utiliser la verseuse de la cafetière pour faire notre thé.

Excellent séjour en bord de mer

Tres bel appartement, tres lumineux et pratique. Plage propre, facile d'accès. Commerces et facilités au top. Bref, nous avons hâte de revenir. Seul bémol : la rue est très bruyant même tard dans la nuit (fêtards et chauffards...). Heureusement le double vitrage isole bien mais dommage de devoir dormir les fenêtres fermées dans un tel endroit !
