Zeer rustig gelegen vakantiewoning

Het huis was gerieflijk. Pluspunten waren de zeer rustige ligging, het verwarmd zwembad, voldoende zitruimtes binnen en buiten, grote tuin met zicht op zee, goede bbq, goed uitgeruste keuken met veel gerief, vaatwasser, wasmachine. Minpunten waren de twee zeer kleine badkamers en slechts 2 toiletten, de TV ontvangst (te zwak signaal), niet binnen loopafstand van de zee. Er was ook een probleem met mieren die waren binnengedrongen via een raam in de kleinste kamer boven, zodat onze kleindochter is moeten verhuizen naar de kamer van haar ouders tot de mieren allemaal weg waren.

Super ausgestattete Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen

Tolles Ferienhaus mit geheiztem Pool. Allerdings waren die Bilder auf FeWo nicht alle aktuell. Innen und außen wurden mittlerweile Änderungen vorgenommen, was aber für uns nicht negativ war. Negativ war, daß die Angaben zu den Badezimmern und Toiletten nicht richtig war. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss ein Bad und ein separates Gäste-WC, im Dachgeschoss nur ein Bad mit Toilette und das für 3 Schlafzimmer für 8 Personen. Das war schlecht, da wir 3 verschiedene Familien waren. Und für die Handtücher mussten wir deshalb nochmal separat bezahlen. Die Endreinigung hat zusätzlich 150 Euro gekostet. Alles in allem ein schöner Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Schönes Haus in Alleinlage

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Grundstück ist kpl. eingezäunt und daher gut für Hundebesitzer geeignet. Durch die hohen Bäume kann man sich auch mal im Schatten aufhalten wenn es einem zu warm wird. Der Pool ist überdacht, die Wasserthemperatur wir auf 28-29°C gehalten. Alles in allem, ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus mit dem wunderschönen Blick aufs jeden Tag anders aussehende Meer. Die Kinder haben den überdachten Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

August 2022 Family Holiday to Pleneuf-Val Andre

A wonderful house & home. All you need for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Comfortable and very well equipped throughout, a lovely warm pool and outdoor areas. (Plus a great barbecue !) Secluded and private, beautiful views across the countryside to the coast and great location very close to local port and towns. We'd happily return and recommend to anyone. Great for 5 of us but with the spacious bedrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, could comfortably sleep 10.

Malgré le mauvais tps le premier jour ns avons passez un bon week end! Ns avons pu profiter de la magnifique vu sur mer depuis le salon!maison bien équipée avec une gde véranda et ns avons aussi utiliser la cheminée qui fut fort agréable! Petit bémol, la température de l'eau de la piscine un peu fraîche! Certainement dut au début de saison!sinon on recommande Propriétaire arrangeant😉

Belles installations extérieures (piscine / meubles de jardins / transats) et emplacement parfait (grand calme au milieu de la campagne tout en étant très proche de la ville et du bord de mer). L'intérieur de la maison mériterait un petit rafraichissement / renouvellement et la cuisine est petite pour la taille de la maison. La maison n'avait pas été laissée dans un état très propre par les précédents locataires. Bonne et agréable communication avec le propriétaire.

Haus mit traumhaften Blick

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus, das Grundstück, die Lage, der Pool alles super. Besonders war der Ausblick aufs Meer vom Wohnzimmer aus .Das Wetter war super und so konnten wir den Pool oft benutzen. Die Strände in der Nähe waren auch sehr schön. Die Gegend ist auch sehr traumhaft,wir haben uns vieles angeschaut besonders St.Malo, Cap Frehel sind sehr beeindruckend. Mit unserem HUND gab es keine Probleme, wir fanden sogar einen Hundestrand . Alles einfach super, man kann das Haus nur empfehlen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, vielen Dank

August 2019

We stayed here for the last 2 weeks of the Summer holiday 2019. The property was clean, tidy and very comfortable, the kitchen is tiny but well equipped with quality appliances and plenty of decent pans and crockery making it easy to cater at home for our party of 8. The remainder of the house was very spacious. It is rural property, not of sleek hotel standard, but this made it easy to relax in and feel at home with children and not worry. The location was beautiful and great for the 3 dogs we had with us. The pool was fantastic, heated with a cover and was well used by my 10 year old niece! Jacky was very prompt in his communication, the only difficulty for me being that my french is not very good but we managed. I was asked to contact someone one hour prior to arrival by telephone and this was the only downside in the check in process. We were running late due to traffic which was very difficult for me to explain in french and it was clear the lady I contacted was not happy but I was unable to understand why. This caused me some anxiety and worry at the time. We were also a little disappointed that the gazebo pictured outside the conservatory had been removed as this would have given a little bit more shade to sit in on hot days. We had to take our own bed linen and towels, not a problem but difficult to be sure we had the right sizes! For future reference for any other english families wanting to book, there are 2 english king sized beds, 2 english double size and 2 english single for sheet sizes. Other than the the 2 singles, all the duvets are king size. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a family getaway with children and dogs. (We were 2 families of 4). It was one of the most relaxing holidays I've had in years. (And the weather was amazing!)
