Séjour détente

La villa, très récente, est en excellent état et s’avère très fonctionnelle avec 3 chambres, grand séjour avec cuisine ouverte, salle de bains, wc, coin buanderie et, à l’extérieur, petit abri pour table et chaises de jardin. L’équipement est vraiment complet : cuisine équipée, four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, aspirateur … et toute la vaisselle nécessaire à une famille. Le jardin n’est pas très grand mais bien aménagé toutefois il n’est pas totalement clôturé. Enfin, la localisation au sein d’un quartier pavillonnaire est favorable car à moins de 150 m à pied de la plage et à 20 minutes en voiture de Paimpol… .
