  • Pretty fisherman's house classified "tourist residence 4 stars" offering magnificent sea view located in the heart of the small fishing port Pors Even located 5 km from Paimpol. The house is accessible by a small path, it has 2 terraces overlooking the bay of Paimpol. Sea, beaches, coastal path (GR 34) a few steps from the house. Magnificent view on the island of Saint Riom.
    Your rental is 70 m2 of living space, it includes the ground floor: living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet. floor: 1 large room with bed 200x160, 1 small room with bed 190x140, 1 bathroom: wc, washbasin. The terrace of 16 m2 has an arbor of garden furniture and a barbecue. Animals are not allowed.

Maison parfaite pour les vacances en famille. Belle plage à cinq minutes en pied, belle vue sur la mer des deux terasses et des chambres. On a passé dix jours en août dans la maison et le séjour nous a beaucoup plu.

Das wunderschöne Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlicher als die Fotos zeigen und die Terrasse ist das allerbeste. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Gezeiten, und der Sonnenschutz war wirklich nützlich. Wir haben unsere Urlaub sehr genossen. Moules frites gleich um die Ecke und Austern in der Guingette La Cabane de Fanch sollte man unbedingt genießen. Beide Bäcker in Ploubazlanec sind prima. Die Rundfahrt zu den Leuchttürmen um die Ile de Brehat ist etwas ganz Besonderes.

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit herrlichen Plätzen im und um das Haus. In 5 Minuten ist ein Kiesstrand zum Baden erreichbar (nur bei Flut). Schöne Sandstrände per Auto in 30 Min erreichbar.

Charmantes Häuschen mit tollen Blick

Es waren wunderschöne Ferien. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles sauber sowie sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Der Blick ist ein Traum und wir haben das Frühstück auf der Terasse mit dem Blick auf das blaue Meer immer sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle expérience

Pour un premier sejour breton nous avons été conquises ! L'accueil très professionnel du propriétaire, une attention gourmande nous attendait. Trés jolie maison, le charme opère dès l'entrée du jardin décoré avec goût. Les massifs de fleurs offrent en cette saison tous les coloris. La maison est idéalement située et on peut suivre de toutes les pièces la marée. Le Plus les chambres offrant un spectacle sur la mer. Merci à notre hôte.

Maison de pêcheur avec vue

Belle situation pour cette maison de pêcheur confortable et bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, "comme à la maison". Deux terrasses sont à disposition pour profiter pleinement du panorama sur la mer. Très calme car dans une voie sans issue. Attention cependant, le petit chemin pour y accéder est un peu pentu. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. Bon point de départ pour visiter Bréhat, la baie de Paimpol...

Herrliche Ruhe und perfektes Haus

Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber extrem effektiv gestaltet. Zwei Erwachsene sind hier bestens zuhause, aber auch mit Kind sicher kein Problem. Der Zugang ist nur über einen schmalen ansteigenden Weg durch einen schönen Garten möglich, aber das ist kein richtiges Problem. Traumhafte Sicht, eine herrliche Terrasse im Grünen und viel Ruhe belohnen die Mühe vielfach. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und die Küche sehr gut bestückt. Das Auto parkt 100m entfernt auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz - auch kein Problem. Wenn Bretagne, dann wieder hier.

Das kleine Fischerhäuschen entspricht den Fotos in der Anzeige.Der Ausblick auf das Meer aus den oberen Zimmern ist super. Es ist alles da was man benötigt.Man kann das Auto am Hafen unten parken. Nur am Wochenende kann er voll sein. Die Absprachen mit Joseph haben gut geklappt. Er spricht kein Deutsch. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist ohne Probleme machbar. Man kann auch hier an der Küste entlang wandern und schöne Ausblicke genießen.Einen Tagesausflug auf die Ile de Brehat bei schönem Wetter lohnt sich unbedingt. Am Besten dort ein Rad mieten, 5h kosten 12 bis 15. Das reicht auch. Paimpol ist eine nette Stadt, ein Markt erstreckt sich über die ganze Innenstadt. Wir würden immer wieder gerne dort verweilen.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Das Fischerhaus in Pors Even war eins der schönsten die wir je hatten und wir haben schon viele Häuser gemietet. Alles ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend und alles in in sehr gutem und gepflegten Zustand. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche (sehr leckerem) Cidre und einer Dose Kekse sehr herzlich von Marie-Claude und Jean-Joseph empfangen und die Übergabe des Hauses war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist liebevoll und maritim gestaltet, was zur Gemütlichkeit erheblich beiträgt. Aus jedem Fenster des Hauses und von jeder der zwei Terrassen hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. In Pors Even gibt es ein sehr gutes Muschelrestaurant fussläufig zum Ferienhaus und eine Austernzucht mit Verkauf. Der Weg hoch zum Ferienhaus ist für Menschen, die ohne Gehhilfe zurecht kommen kein Problem und ließ sich auch mit unseren Einkäufen gut bewältigen. Am meisten genossen haben wir aber die herrliche Ruhe dort. Außer Wasserplätschern und Vogelgezwitscher war nicht viel zu hören - das hat uns begeistert und viel dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns prächtig erholt haben. Sollte man dennoch Lust auf Menschen und urbanes Leben verspüren, ist Paimpol in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto oder für sportliche mit dem Fahrrad oder sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fazit: einer der schönsten und erholsamsten Urlaube, die wir hatten! Franco & Heike

Comfortable house in fishing village with wonderful sea views.

We loved staying in this house close to the sea, with lovely views over the bay of St Brieuc. There were views from all rooms, but best of all from the two bedrooms. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our one week stay in September for 2 people. Things like teatowels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and coffee filters were already in the cupboards. We were warmly met by the owners who clearly take pride and care of the property. The property is a short way along a cul-de-sac and you walk up steps through the nice garden to get to the front door and 2 patio areas (with tables, chairs and sun loungers, also overlooking the bay). You park the car in the free public car park by the sea, about 2 minutes walk away (but you can park nearer to unload). We loved the location which was in a fishing village with no tourist shops (though you could buy live lobsters). You have to drive a mile or two back up through the village to get to the centre of Poubazlanec village where there is a small supermarket, 2 bakers, a butcher and a few other shops. There is a nice restaurant about 5 minutes walk up the road from the house, and a couple of other places in the village, But most restaurants and the bigger supermarkets are in Paimpol about 10 mins away by car. We went in September so outside the main season and the area was very quiet. We loved this and were very happy to be slightly off the beaten track. We highly recommend this house.
