Outside, you benefit from a 30 m² courtyard and a 172 m² private lawn. Access to the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer shared with two other cottages. For children, a shared playground is available. For fun: a games room shared with the two other cottages offers a pool table and ping-pong table. A remote workspace is available in one bedroom.
