This large stone farmhouse, offers you for your holidays, on the ground floor, large volumes for the living rooms: fully equipped and open kitchen, spacious living room and lounge with all the sea view. Two laundry rooms, two toilets including a with washbasin. A bedroom for two people (160x200 bed) with a private bathroom in the bedroom. The floor is divided into two parts; access by the stairs from the living room, leading to three bedrooms (two 140x190 beds and one 160x200 bed) and a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet. The second access is via the stairs in the living room, leading to two double bedrooms (160x200 beds, possibility of dividing into 80x200 beds). A bathroom and a separate toilet. The property is on a closed ground, a huge terrace offers you a breathtaking view, on the side a pretty little corner of sheltered paradise, and at the back, a garden and a view of the Lorois bridge. Private parking. Stay in Plouhinec, a town in southern Morbihan ideally located between the Ria d'Etel and the small sea of Gâvres, a paradise for kite-surfing and shore fishing. For lovers of the sea, the Ria d'Etel promises you beautiful discoveries including the island of St Cado not to be missed. Plouhinec is a town that offers all the shops and all the services you will need during your stay. The immense beach of Magouëro (6 km away) benefits from the Blue Flag and a dune site crossed by multiple paths. Come and discover this exceptional place, and this bay dotted with islets, is one of the most beautiful sites in the region. A wide variety of landscapes are available to you: wild beaches, marshes, typical ports… Hikers will be delighted by the proximity of the coastal paths.
