“Had to book a last minute place to spend the weekend with our son who got a family pass from fort Gordon. Rental was great. Great neighborhood, host was promo and very nice. I would definitely stay here again. It’s in a great location, close to the river love locks and super easy access to I-20. Quiet neighborhood, beds and furniture were all very comfortable. “It’s an older place that needs some cosmetic fixing like painting walls. The front door lock was broken, but the owner had a handyman come out and fix it when we asked. It was clean and comfortable, and the owners made sure we had everything we needed like extra blankets, and a kitchen full of dishes, pots/pans and everything we needed to cook for ourselves and do our laundry. "The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
