I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. “Arrived about 5 , didn’t realise free hot snacks and drinks @ 530, was so nice not to have to worry about food when all I wanted was a shower n bed . Great little extra bonus ! Rooms clean, bed comfy, staff polite, would recommend to anyone to stay ”
