“Despite proximity to a variety of outdoor explorations, this cabin’s super power is the escape within. The feel of a large wooded estate shrunken to a small cabin on a 1/2 acre (only a guess) lot. Beautiful and varied landscape to meander and rest that is within only a few steps. Even the gentle, never seen, sounds of a large housing neighborhood seem to fade into the relaxation and reflection. Highly recommend. But an honest warning. 2-B, 2-B 2-bunks make 2-young children doable, but……

“I really enjoyed my stay here. This was my first time coming out to North Carolina for the Land of Oz park and the convenience of this location can’t be beat. The rooms come with more than just a bed and a shower; there was a tiny living room area with a couch and coffee table and a kitchen with fridge, stove and cooking equipment. My only reservations were the bed pillows were a tad uncomfortable, the dishwasher didn’t entirely clean a couple of the dishes I used and I had some issues with the……

“Well stocked with everything you may need to have a great vacation. Love the layout of two bedrooms split by a tiny hallway with a bathroom. The other half of the cabin is a large open living room/kitchen/dining area. Quiet area with tons of deer that just graze right beside the road and don’t spook easily. Definitely highly recommended.”

“This cabin was perfect for a week with our grown children and grandchildren! The property is amazing! Having a flat yard so the children can play was amazing, and we took full advantage of the hammocks and fire pit. We ate all our meals on the covered back porch and enjoyed the beautiful view. The highlight, of course, was The animals! We can’t wait for a return visit.”

“The cabin was adorable, clean and as pictured! We had a great time and would highly recommend. The only downsides were trash situation was a bit of a pain having to take to another location throughout stay and the fire pit that is pictured isnt in the yard by the house so really wasnt usable for us. Everything else was perfect. Beautiful scenery, surroundings and home! Thank you for sharing your home with our family!”
