At this address, you will benefit from an exceptional setting, in a quiet area and at the same time close to all the amenities and activities offered by the seaside and the countryside. You will also benefit from a very large meadow adjoining the garden.



The charming village of Plurien is located between the two Caps (Cap d'Erquy at 8Kms, Cap Fréhel at 5kms, breathtaking views), close to the magnificent beach of Sables d'or les Pins, this pretty holiday home is ideal for a relaxing holiday! You will find on the ground floor a living room with open kitchen and fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Upstairs, a parental bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. The decoration has remained "à l'ancienne" for the time being.



You are 200 meters from the center of the village: bakery, butcher's shop, bar/tabac, organic food shop... and very beautiful 12th-century church. 15 minutes walk (watch in hand!) from the magnificent beach of Les Sables d'Or, less than 3km from the supermarkets.



Local product markets: Tuesdays in Pléneuf, Wednesdays in Matignon, Fridays in Plurien and Val André, Saturdays in Erquy, Sundays in Les Sables d'Or.

Food truck on the village square every Thursday and then, many restaurants in Les Sables d'Or, for all tastes and budgets.



Close to Sables d'or les Pins, you will find a wide variety of beaches, hiking trails, sports activities: sailing school, bike rental, tennis courts, horse riding, climbing, paragliding... For golfers: Sable d'Or at 2kms and Pléneuf Val André at 12kms.



In the summer the bus line n°2 allows travel between Plurien and les Sables d'Or. This line also serves Erquy, a stop is proposed just at the SUPER U roundabout for shopping.
