“I booked a double bed room and they have given me single bed room only. Also, they have charged 100 rupees extra, as I checked in little late around 11pm. ”

“Very bad experience, rooms are in bad and unclean condition, AC didn't work in the room, all the trash is thrown next to hotel and stray dogs menace because of that Furniture is broken in the room Bathroom is unclean and water is leaking from taps For the price charged I don't think it's the right kind of hotel ”

Absolute looting to ask 2100 for a room where AC doesn't work, electric switches comes off the wall, rusted toilets, broken windows, broken chair, no hot water, mutilated door latches, insisting on cash-only settlement, absolute dirty mug and bucket...... Not exhaustive..... List is endless. Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. But, left next day morning. Had breakfast outside (in the nearby Sudha hotel). ABSOLUTELY AVOIDABLE PROPERTY.”
