Newly built holiday house with heated swimming pool Luxury, is located in Grubine (near town of Imotski). Modern design and top quality materials are used so it can satisfy all your needs for a good vacation. From the swimming pool there is a beautiful view of the town of Imotski, the Red and Blue lakes (pearls of our homeland - Imotski), fields. Every morning you can watch sunrise coming from the east with your favorite cup of coffee, while in the afternoon natural shadows from the house will give you the ultimate relaxation, both on the pool and in the spacious surroundings of the house.

The house consists of a ground floor with one room, 1st floor, a swimming pool, a playground for children, a barbecue and a parking lot. It stretches out to 2500m2 and it has a beautiful view of Imotski and its surroundings, which can be best described if you look at our gallery of pictures. Living area is 160 m2 and can accommodate up to 10 people.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large LED TV and satellite programs, WiFi, sofa bed, air conditioning, toilet and one room for 2 persons with private bathroom in the room. Also, there is also a large terrace with green areas for the enjoyment of your youngest family members, swimming pool with shallow send (40 cm) for children, with a beautiful view of Imotski and its surroundings. In nighttime you can change the color of the lighting in the pool depending on your mood. It also includes playground for children, parking, garage,outdoor furniture (table, chairs, sunbeds and parasols).

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning with the possibility of adding an extra bed. One of the rooms has a private bathroom and a balcony. There is one more large bathroom with a washing machine.

The whole house looks beautiful and modern, furnished with top-quality and made of top materials. It's completely customized for renting and for guests. We have to watch out for every detail (from protection to simplicity of handling everything). The house is fenced all the way, especially around the pool and multifunctional playground for football, volleyball and badminton. WiFi covers a complete house and garden.
