Unique Spacious Sea View Villa CroAdria Near Split

Your perfect getaway starts at Villa CroAdria! This unique and spacious villa offers a 42m² private pool, five bedrooms, and five bathrooms, with an open 50m² kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for up to 12 guests.

Located in charming Podstrana, just 8 km from Split and 16 km from Omiš and the Cetina River, the villa combines privacy with convenience. Beaches, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to relax and explore.

Step outside to the sun deck with loungers and parasols, a cozy outdoor dining area with a complimentary BBQ, and enjoy a half basketball court and badminton equipment for fun at all ages. Terraces offer stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and Brač Island. The pool can be heated upon request for extra comfort.

Inside, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area opening directly to the pool and outdoor space. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and four upstairs), everyone has room to unwind. Secure parking is available on the property.

Important: The villa owner lives on the same lot in an extended part of the property. Guests have a separate private entrance and full privacy, while the owner only uses a small pathway through the parking area to access their private entrance. This allows 24/7 assistance without interruptions.

We are here to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. Assistance with airport transfers, boat trips to Brač, Hvar, Vis, or the Blue Cave, visits to Krka or Plitvice Lakes, as well as private chef, massage, hairdresser, and makeup services can be arranged. We can also connect you with trusted local experts for unforgettable experiences.

Note: During cooler months, the pool heating system may temporarily be inactive due to environmental conditions.

Perfect place for à chill week in Croatia

House, garden and swimming-pool are very nice, exactly as it is on the pictures. Communication with Bruno was perfect during the whole trip. He has a lot of tips for his guests. I highly recomend this place if you plan to visit Split!
