“We arrived about 10:15 in the evening. Room we booked was not available (2 queens) and got one king instead, ok fine, no biggie. Tv was inoperable….there was a sign to instruct how to watch the live TV but the antenna cable was disconnected and the plug connection on back of TV appeared to be broken so you could not screw the antenna back in. No apps worked and the live TV did not work. Room was close to the stairs so that was nice, easy in and out.”
