Apartment can be configured with Queen en-suite with bath/shower as family suite with attached sea view sleeping porch that has second queen bed and 2 single beds for 2-6 guests. (1222 sq feet +outside deck)

Apartment can be configured with King en-suite shower & Queen en suite bath/shower and Ocean View Sleeping porch for up to 8 guests.

Guest access
All of the duplex is only accessible by guests. One private off road parking spot

You can have apartment set up as 1 King +en suite shower for maximum 2 guests rate on Airbnb,
or
choose the Queen en suite (Bath/shower) for 2 maximum guests rate on Airbnb,
or
Two separate Guest can book both King and Queen bedrooms with en-suites but will have an extra charge rate of $50 per night.

Three separate Guest can book both King and Queen bedrooms with en-suites but will have an extra charge rate of $75 per night.


Additional guests can occupy the sleeping porch that has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for 2-3 adults or children guests at normal rates for extra guests .
