"Jacuzzi was out. Motorized blackout screens were not working. Wife loved the spa massage and facial. Café food and service were better than we thought it would be. Overall very good. We will come back again."

"Look up restaurant and store hours of operation. There was a store we wanted to revisit, only to relise it was closed the day we had planned to revisit. Some restaurants are closed in the middle of the week as well."

"It was an excellent value for the price. It worked perfectly for our one‑night stay before heading up to Canada. The room was clean, the furniture felt new, and the free wifi and parking was a big plus. The location was ideal — just a short drive or can be a good walk to the waterfront and nearby restaurants. It’s a quaint, quiet town, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The house was really nice. Communicating with the host was really easy. The laundry machines and gas stoves in the kitchens were nice. We really made use of all the kitchen supplies everyday, they were even nice to provide a take-home spices set. We also really enjoyed the bedroom, it wasn't a super big issue and kind of nice that it was separated from the rest of the house. Light does come into the bedroom on sunrise, which is both nice and harder when trying to sleep in. Bedroom was super clean."

"If you're looking for something tucked away from the rest of the world than look no further. Silently off to the side of long, windy, paved path, surrounded by trees and sound of silence broken only by the sound of a single car going down the road every couple of hours or so, this space is perfect for a romantic getaway.Everything is provided for you from cutting boards to cups/plates and cookware! Dont forget to bring stuff to grill! BUT, you're less than 10 minutes from the town's grocery store if you need more fresh local produce!Overall, this was the perfect place to leave everything behind and enjoy a nice, relaxing, and truly beautiful vacation to one of the best islands in the San Juans"

"This was our first time visiting Birch Bay. Had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very nice. The unit was huge and had a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the outdoor pool, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location is great—right by the water, close to some eating places, and a short drive to Birch Bay State Park. This place met all our expectations and even more. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Our unit overlooks the water. Kitchen is fully equipped and it would be great for families who love to cook their own meals. The front desk staff is very friendly and gave great suggestions for first time visitors like us. I love gardens and I think they just need to upkeep some of the plants to give the courtyard a better appeal. Did not find a walkway from the property grounds to the street which is too bad because this is located right on the edge of the town area. Overall though, great place and great staff and we would definitely stay here again when visiting the island."
