"What a wonderful stay. The house was great, very clean and had all the amenities. The location was great, located in a quiet neighborhood with nice outdoor space for the kids. I was able to take a run in the morning right down to South Beach public access too. The communication with the host was great; very accommodating. Would stay here again!"

"Our trip to Birch Bay was seamless! The home was cozy and very clean! Although the upstairs was a bit small, the covered outdoor area made up for it. We really appreciate the extra fridge outside. The deck out back was so nice to enjoy while eating dinner and drinking our morning coffee. Thank you for a great spot to vacation!"
