Het verblijf was echt perfect. Van het uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel tot de heerlijke restaurants en het zeer goed onderhouden hotelcomplex.  De Nirvana-zone is zeker een aanrader!

Fantastic stay at the Le Meridien, lovely ground floor sea view room, cleaned every day, staff are super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, property and gardens are amazing (well done to the gardeners) there are far too many staff members to highlight because they are so good, (I will mention Jimmy P front desk, he went above expectations, fantastic) Food was excellent and catered for most if not all so there is always something to like. I was so glad I went all inclusive as I found out the cost of drinks and food was so expensive so if you choose this hotel go All In. The views are to die for and lovely white sand beneath your feet can’t beat it. If you like some water sports plenty to do at no extra cost 👍 because of location there isn’t much to do at an evening unless you travelled somewhere else but that wasn’t an issue for us, if you have small children this could be a problem! Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back and stay, I’ve only been back a few days and miss you already 😃

Fantastic staff and location. Everyone was very kind and helpful making sure that our stay was excellent. Beautiful Nirvana room with view of the pool and ocean. Highly recommend booking a Nirvana suite! Restaurants were excellent. Loved Jade restaurant for breakfast.

Beach front area is amazing, vibrant, nice swimming pool, plenty of area, family friendly, but room is not at all good, it is not valued according to the price, reception people not professional, entry time they are acknowledging you but exit time same as like cheaper hotel. Food is ok but unnecessary costly, less variety. Ground staffs are good, well behaved, F&B manager is also good. Reception is disappointing 😞 Single time visit is fine for families.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, ganz besonders der Concierge sowie das Servicepersonal an der Hotelbar am Abend. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Live-Musik am Abend toll, das Essen war lecker, am Pool lässt es sich schön entspannen und auch die Massage war klasse. Einzig die Preise sind sehr hoch, sowohl für die Zimmer, als auch für Getränke und Essen.

Staying at Le Meridien Ile Maurice was disgusting. - The room was filthy with mold everywhere (I took photo proof). - Sent the wrong room service order to our room. - Despite asking us if we were travelling for a special occasion (we included "yes its our honeymoon" there was no note, no congratulations from staff or anything to align with why the question was even asked. - Water and mini bar was never topped up unless we asked. - Towels were frayed and in average condition. - Almost denied entry to one of the hotels restaurants as we were told my husbands smart sandals were not allowed despite a muslin man in sight wearing casual slides at his table. Cultural discrimination! - Both ended up with food poisoning 2 days into our 5 night stay there. When all these things were raised with the service desk, we were astounded with a very cold, apathetic response and almost gaslit that we were the only guests sick as if to out right deny the hotel made us sick despite the fact e had not left the hotel or eaten anywhere else! Disgusting for a 5 star resort we will never stay with this hotel chain again!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam jedoch schrecklich unorganisiert (vor allem beim Frühstück im Restaurant wo Hundertschaften in diversen Hierarchien emsig aber ineffektiv umherrannten. (Beispiel: Orangensaft Bestellung da kein Self Service gerade verfügbar beschäftigte 5 Personen). Insgesamt aber alles ok, doch bei einem 5* Hotel erwartet man schon etwas mehr Professionalität.

Das Hotel ist im grossen und ganzen Gut, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und atemberaubende Strandanlage. Die Qualität des Essens ist für unsere Europäischen verhältnisse etwas weniger gut, dies ist aber Ansichtssache. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf Mauritius mit der gleichen Sternebewertung und Preisklasse hinkt es jedoch im Kulinarischen hinterher.

Wonderful 30th wedding anniversary

The hotel was situated right at the beach and our room was on the ground floor with direct pool/ beach access. Room service was amazing , the breakfast buffet was great, the amenities like pool, spa, jacuzzi and gym were all great, very clean and staff friendly. I will come back again.

Dear Le Meridien Ile Maurice team, We recently returned home after a 10-day all-inclusive honeymoon at your beautiful resort, and we just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you. This was our first time in Mauritius, and staying with you made it truly memorable—we’re already thinking about our next trip! We stayed at Nirvana and loved the peaceful adults-only pool, daily sunset cocktails, and having Dylan, our amazing butler, who went above and beyond for us. Highlights of our stay included: -Stunning beaches and well-kept pools with ocean views -Daily activities like archery, aqua fun, yoga, and watersports -Delicious seafood and varied cuisines at the restaurants -The relaxing presence of birds, friendly cats and dogs around the resort Most of all, we were blown away by the warmth and care of the staff.
