「Great location and lovely setting. This was a well stocked cabin with all the necessary items to make for a comfortable stay. Very easy access to area attractions, a great home base for day trip travels. Being directly on the water was a super peaceful place to have coffee in the morning and lay on the dock at night to sky watch. 」

「My wife and sons and I stayed here and used it as a base of operations for day trips (Mackinac Island, St. Ignace, Cheboygan). It was great! Homey and comfortable. The fire pit was great, the host provided firewood (plus there’s tons to be gathered in the nearby woods). Kitchen was very nicely equipped for a northern Michigan cabin, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. Lastly, it was nice watching the deer eat from the fruit trees on the other side of the road. We appreciated being within walking distance to a great restaurant and just a short drive to Mackinac and other attractions. The board games and cards were a fun touch for our evenings together.
