When we request for hair dryer, the front dest told that we have to wait until the next morning because everyone requested for it... and the hair dryer disappeared after we return hotel, seems the hotel staff entered our room without asking?”

“We only arrived late at night coming from the ferry - so we didn't spend too much time there. All we needed was a place to shower and sleep before continuing on our journey the next day. I had read a review previously comparing the room with a prison cell. When we arrived we both laughed as yes it did look a bit like that. However, it was clean and comfortable, and served its purpose. Check in was really easy as we had been given a code for our room. The reservation staff were really helpful……

“The staff was helpful in solving the issue while the event in the old city forbids any taxi coming in to pick us up. She was resourceful in getting an electric bike and get our luggage and then ourselves to the train station.”

“Hotel is just minutes from the ferry port by taxi and the boardwalk along the beach is within walking distance. Waterfront view from the breakfast room is gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Property is undergoing renovation to make entry more wheelchair accessible, but side entry is quite navigable. ”
