Great place

Perfectly located just a short stroll to the beach, the beach house has all you could need - well stocked kitchen, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area and good AC. Spotlessly clean and charming host. Strongly recommend.

Nice, well kept apartment with very accommodating hosts

The apartment is very clean and updated. The outside living area is lovely, and the hosts are a dream to deal with. One consideration, however, is the area around the property - it might have been the time of year we were there (early December) but we had a very hard time finding restaurants that were open within 15 minutes in any direction. Make sure you have a car, and make sure you have some groceries on hand in case you miss the narrow windows in which the restaurants seem to be open.

Clean and convenient

The lodging was well appointed, clean and is walking distance to restaurants and the ocean. It is also a convenient spot from which to drive to any other point in Basse-Terre.

Le logement est propre et bien équipé… la situation est parfaite pour visiter ce côté de l'île, et la plage et ses restaurants en bas du logement un plus... Laurence et Denis sont de bons conseils et leur accueil formidable. Merci Laurence pour le gel glacé pour la cheville, cela m'a bien soulagé ;)

Merveilleuses vacances !

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans le logement de Laurence. Ce dernier était tout à fait conforme à la description. Un vrai petit nid douillet. A noter, une literie parfaite. Laurence nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a pris le temps de nous installer. Nous avons eu beaucoup de renseignements sur les lieux à investir pendant notre séjour, ce qui nous a permis d’aller à l’essentiel rapidement. Laurence a été très gentille et nous a fait déguster quelques fruits de son jardin, délicate attention. Merci beaucoup.

Logement tout confort et bien situé

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables dans le logement. L’accueil est parfait avec de petites attentions et des conseils de visites. Laurence, son mari et son fils sont très disponibles et nous ont bien dépanné suite à un problème avec notre voiture. La literie est parfaite, beaucoup d’oreillers et les draps en lin très appreciables. La situation proche de la plage et de quelques restaurants est très bien. La rue est passante mais principalement le jour ce qui ne nous a pas gêné car nous ne restions pas au logement en journée. Proche aussi de sentiers de randonnées pour ceux qui aiment la marche. La situation géographique nous a permis de rayonner sur une grande partie de la côte ouest et du centre. Très bon séjour qui aurait pu durer sans problème.

Petit coin de paradis

Merci à Laurence et Denis pour leur accueil, un petit planteur nous attendait dans le frigo. Le logement est très joli et le jardin enchanteur. Petit déjeuner accompagné par les colibris, de magnifiques chenilles et des petits lézards. Et le soir pour se relaxer un petit apero sur la plage caraïbe et un bain dans la petite piscine. Je recommande fortement.

On est arrivé dans la soirée already avoir contourné plusieurs barrages routiers. Laurence était immédiatement disponible pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Très joli petit appartement, très propre, très confortable et pas trop loin de la grande plage à Grand Anse. La place est bien équipée, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon petit séjour. Un grand merci à Laurence et Denis de nous avoir accueilli. On espère que la prochaine fois on pourra rester la encore. K&A

Super gite, hôte et localisation

Nous avons passés 8 jours au gite - deco au top, petite attention à notre arrivés. La localisation est nickel, club de plongée à 50m et coucher de soleil sur la plage.

Savoir vivre!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Laurence et Denis :-) Appartement très mignon sur la plage Caraïbes et nous n'étions pas loin, que ce soit vers les plages du "nord" ou la Soufrière au sud de la Basse-Terre. Et Laurence et Denis répondaient toujours directement et aidaient quand nous avions une question ou quelque chose de similaire. Et ah oui: le planteur de bienvenue est très savoureux !

Très bien

Belle maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée avec un bébé Localisation très appréciable a 150 m de l eau. Plage familiale sable et galet. Localisation encore un peu préservée et typique.

Conforme au descriptif, bien équipée et idéalement située pour passer d'agréable vacances malheureusement pour nous le COVID 19 est passé par là ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement de cette propriété.

Location exceptionnelle

La location est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! Elle est spacieuse, propre, meublée avec goût, très bien équipée avec une vue mer. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente comme chez soi. La maison est ouverte sur un jardin très agréable avec des colibris, des sucriers, ... Le jacuzzi est un véritable plus ainsi que la proximité de la plage Caraïbes et de restaurants de plage. L'accueil est également excellent. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location !

Parfait

Laurence et Dénis sont des hôtes remarquables. Mention spéciale pour leur accueil après un long voyage. Ils ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit le plus doux possible. Presque sur la plage

La maison est aménagée avec goût et le fait d'être à quelques dizaine de mètres de la plage est un vrai plus. Le beau jardin et ses hôtes comme les colibris est très agréable.Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. Un bémol cependant, la maison est située en bordure de la route nationale qui est très passante jour et nuit. La plupart des vacanciers s'en accomoderont certainement facilement. Ceux qui comme nous chercheraient le calme devront s'en remettre aux bons soins de Mr Quies

Que du bonheur!

Nous n'avons eu qu'un seul regret lors de notre séjour, celui de partir! Cela veut tout dire! Excellent accueil, emplacement privilégié, cette petite anse des caraibes a une âme. Nous avons apprécié l'authenticité de l'endroit et des personnes qui y habite. La maison est un havre de paix, cuisine ouverte sur l'exterieur, salon à l'abri, jaccuzzi, petit restaurant chez Leons à 100 m, tout y est pour passer des vacances de charme Nous y reviendrons à l'avenir avec nos filles pour leur faire découvrir le meilleur de la Guadeloupe Merci à vous! Phantastic holidays

We have had phantastic holidays in Laurence's and Denis' home with warmest welcome including homemade tasty planteur and juice for the kids. Helpful Service at any time. We and kids enjoyed it so much. We would love to come back to Laurence and Denis's house.
