“The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included. Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Wasn’t a big issue for us but may be for others. We……

“Location was great. Air conditioning was amazing. The black-out blinds were super helpful. It wasn’t great that there was no laundry detergent. Why provide a washing machine if you’re not going to provide at least a small amount of detergent (which costs maybe 1). Shower is small but that’s pretty standard in Europe.”

“Très bon séjour dans cet appartement.Il est idéalement placé près du lac avec des possibilités pour se garer.L appartement est très agréable.”

“The apartment is in a very interesting building in the centre of town. Perfect toy located to walk anywhere, with a supermarket 2 minutes walk. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need for your stay. Breakfast was included which was perfect, and was delivered every morning to the door of the apartment. Really yummy and convenient. Overall a great choice in Annecy”

“Hébergement splendide, grand, propre, accueillant avec des fleurs sur la table, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et un stationnement privé inclus! Très calme et à la fois très proche des zones piétonnes et du lac. Je recommande! :)”

“Good and clean property, great location right in the heart of Old Annecy. 10 min walking distance to everything. Communication with host was slow for replies but overall good stay.”

“appartement bine aménagé idéalement situ é à proximité du centre ville et du lac”

“Appartement très agréable calme, décoré avec gout et très proche d'Annecy”

“I liked that it was close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet which i like. The apartment is pleasant. ”

“Truly lovely apartment. Met all of our needs, with maybe the exception of AC, but we knew that going in. The terrace was probably our favorite part. Absolutely loved our visit to Annecy and this apartment and location made it even better.”

“Amazing location right in the middle of the old town. Nice layout. They aren’t joking about the sketchy stairway but it is sturdy, you must be careful. Unfortunately the fans didn’t work during this hot week but the evenings were a bit cooler. Communication is difficult since it is another company that manages the property. A bit frustrating.”

“La location de l’appartement est vraiment bien situé dans la vieille ville. Par contre : - Odeur ”

“Le séjour était super l'appartement était propre et proche de tout ce qui m'as permis aussi de passer un bon séjour merci”

“Place had a lot of defects: especially that bedroom was on top floor (of 3) and bathrooms were on bottom floor. Narrow, twisting staircases connected the floors without adequate lighting. People with mobility issues would have a problem. We couldn't stay on top floor and risk those stairs in middle of night. So we had to sleep on uncomfortable couches. Some broken tiles on bathroom floor. No hand soap provided - we had to buy our own. We tried to find another hotel but town was full on a nice……

“Drain in the bathroom sink was blocked. Had to use kitchen sink. Drain in the shower was so slow after a 1 minute shower water pours from drain pan all over the bathroom floor. One small of toilet paper was supplied. No shower soap supplied. I notified property manager about the sink. No one ever showed up to fix it. La Conciergerie du Lac was the property manager. Stay away from their properties”
