"Great location in the middle of the cape. The breakfast restaurant was clutch and very good, ate there both mornings we were able to. The photos online did not match the appearance of the room we stayed in. They appear as cleaned up and modern but our room was not. I think the floor was probably redone and the table, and shelving unit were new but the rest of the room was a bit aged. Would stay here again if the price was right but would also consider the other options because this didn’t feel like a Hilton."

"Here’s a polished hotel review that keeps it fair and constructive: Overall, the room was satisfactory and the location was excellent. There are a few relatively simple additions that I think would improve the guest experience. An ice bucket in the room would be helpful for getting ice, and larger bath towels would be appreciated. Complimentary bottled water would also be a nice touch, or at minimum, a filtered bottle-filling station somewhere on the property. The mattresses were okay and comfortable enough for a short stay, but I would not consider them luxury quality. For someone who is more sensitive to mattress support, I could see them potentially waking up with some back discomfort. There are also no food options available at the hotel, even for purchase. There is a restaurant nearby, which is convenient, but having at least some basic food, snacks, or grab-and-go items available on the property would be a nice addition. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, with the excellent location being the biggest highlight. With a few additional amenities and upgrades, the property could provide a noticeably better overall experience."
Lovely Dog Friendly Beach Home Close to Everything.

"We had a wonderful stay at this Eastham house. It was cozy and stocked with everything you could want or need. It even had lots of games, beach chairs, bikes and towels and sheets! Close to so many great things- we walked to Campground beach one day! Great breakfast spot, Lucky’s right across the street. If you have a dog this would be such a great spot. I’m allergic to dogs, but I took Zyrtec every night, opened windows, and the house was clean so I was fine, but something to consider if your allergies are more severe, we would definitely recommend this property!"
