Warsaw Presidential Hotel

"I stayed at the Warsaw Presidential Hotel for five nights while visiting Warsaw for the Bad Bunny concert, and I loved my stay. The location is excellent. The hotel is directly across from the train station, so after arriving on the overnight train from Vienna, it was only a short walk. I arrived around 10 a.m. expecting to leave my bags, but the hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. Anastasia at the front desk was fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and provided great recommendations for cocktail bars around the city. My room on the 25th floor was spacious, and had great views. The bed was comfortable, the minibar was well stocked, and complimentary bottled water was provided throughout my stay. The bathroom was a bit compact but had everything I needed. The amenities were a major highlight. Guests receive complimentary access to a luxury fitness club in the building. The gym was outstanding, the pool was fantastic, and the steam room came in handy after long days of sightseeing. Having restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and even a casino in the same complex was incredibly convenient. The food and drink options were excellent. The lobby bar had great service and cocktails. The second-floor restaurant was outstanding and deserves more attention than it gets. I also visited the bar on the 40th floor every night for the amazing views, great bartenders, and lively atmosphere. Overall, the Warsaw Presidential exceed my expectation."

"This was an excellent stay for my girlfriend and I. The hotel is so clean, well maintained, located walking distance from Old Town and the staff is just amazing. I had an issue with trying to figure out where to return my rental to the airport. There's always tension with understanding how to navigate in a foreign country. I went to the concierge and wow this guy went above and beyond to help me. He tried calling the rental car company and there was no answer. He then took it one step further. He went online and got the GPS coordinates of the location and emailed them to me. He then asked me to check to make sure I had received the email. Once I did he copied the coordinates into my phone to ensure it was the right location. This is definitely going above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of. Well to take it one step further, I forgot a bracelet my girlfriend had given me. I emailed him because I didn't have an international calling plan. He responded back and told me he had the items and would keep them until we returned back to Warsaw. I can't say enough about him and all the staff at this hotel. They really go above and beyond to make their guests stay as pleasant as can be. 5+++ stars because of this gentleman!"

"Great location, within walking distance to almost everything, including a 5 minute walk to Central Station (just down the street approx 1300 feet). Staff was excellent, always aiming to please. Breakfast was excellent as well with something for everyone’s pallet."

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The room was massive, the accessible food hall with breakfast lunch and dinner available was great. Located in a great complex with access to a small market for snacks. We will absolutely be back"

"We stayed at Prize by Radisson Gdańsk for just one night, but we were genuinely impressed. The hotel is brand new, spotless, and has a fresh, welcoming feel throughout. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the modern interior design was stylish and well thought out. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Gdańsk, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Although our stay was short, we really enjoyed it and would definitely choose this hotel again. We highly recommend Prize by Radisson Gdańsk to anyone looking for a modern, clean, and comfortable place to stay."
