「This would have been a 5 star stay. The check in was smooth and friendly and the room is just as advertised. Parking was quite far and 25€ per day which was very expensive for Puglia. We learned very quickly that the air conditioner leaks a massive pool of water into the room that reached as far as the bathroom. Also there was broken glass on the floor when we arrived. When we notified the staff, she said that they would call a technician and have someone clean the room and broken glass. Neither...

Great central spot to stay but would just mention that if you drive the parking is an easy 9-10 minute walk with a mix of flat and cobble stone type sidewalks and with only a small up hill. 「Great place. Excellent location. Matteo is great communicator and offers options on parking. Pay for private parking thru the property. $7 shuttle to hotel unless you have 1 small bag. If more than a small carry on then get the $7 shuttle. Only negative I can think of was that the mattress could have been better but fine for 3 nights. Great breakfast on the roof. 「We had a beautiful suite with a wonderfully comfortable mattress, and couch. There was a direct and great view of the beach, located in the historic part of the city. the staff was accommodating, and made you feel like family. The included breakfast was acceptable. My one suggestion for improvement would be to have counter space for toiletries and storage space for unpacking your suitcase. Otherwise near perfection.」
