“Mariella was a superb host that went above and beyond our expectations. She made amazing breakfasts and adapted skillfully for our dairy allergy so we didn’t even notice that a huge component of the normal breakfast menu was off limits. The breakfasts were a beautiful taste of the foods of the area and Puglia, and varied daily. She even had vegan croissants available for us every morning!! The food was so fresh, local, and tasty and lovingly prepared for us. It was actually some of the best……

“The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the apartment named Carla, which was very well decorated and very comfy. No expense was spared with little details, such as a basket full of bathroom essentials (should you forget anything), and the cleaner checked in with us every day to see if we needed the apartment to be cleaned. I would highly recommend Dei Serafini and their properties to anyone wishing to stay in the centre of the old part of Polignano a Maré. ”
