The villa is the end terrace of six properties. It has a lovely large sun terrace overlooking the pool with views across the hills. The beautiful village of Polis with its pedestrianised restaurant area is about 15 minutes walk away. The unspoilt beach is about 2km away and the attractive Marina and seaside resort of Latchi which offers watersport activities is approx 5km.

The house which is air conditioned throughout has two twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower, WC and washbasin. There is a further WC downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a beautiful lounge and dining area. The flat screen TV has a set top box which receives all UK Freeview channels plus some Sky ones. It also offers a 7 day catch up facility. A DVD/CD player is also provided. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as in the lounge and dining areas

Great position and very nice, spacious, well maintained house with good facilities and plenty of parking. The information folder inside the property gave clear instructions for all appliances including heating and hot water. Perfect place to stay for a few nights whilst visiting Polis/Latchi. Really enjoyed the beautiful pool and being able to walk straight out from the patio to the pool area. Checking in to the accommodation was very smooth as we were provided with all the info well ahead of time. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Very Spacious, Spotlessly Clean, Excellent Location

This was a last minute booking as we had been let down with a previous booking, I am so glad that happened as we would never have stayed in this delightful villa. Its just perfect, located on a small complex with a large pool, easy access to pool, plenty of parking, easy to find. Good A/c throughout the property, weather was 38 degrees! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect Family Getaway in Polis

We had an absolutely wonderful 8-day stay at this villa in Polis with our two boys. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. Being the end terrace of six properties, the villa offered a perfect blend of privacy and community. The large sun terrace was a highlight for us—we spent many mornings and evenings there, enjoying the stunning views across the hills and overlooking the inviting shared pool. Inside, the villa was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. The two twin bedrooms each had their own en suite shower, which was incredibly convenient for our family. The air conditioning throughout the house kept us cool during the warm days, and the additional WC downstairs was a thoughtful touch. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing family meals a breeze, and the comfortable lounge and dining area where we could relax together. The location was ideal. A pleasant 15-minute walk took us to the beautiful village of Polis, where we enjoyed the pedestrianized restaurant area and sampled delicious local cuisine. The unspoilt beach, just 2km away, became a favorite spot for us—quiet, clean, and perfect for family fun. We also visited the nearby Marina and seaside resort of Latchi, approximately 5km away, where we indulged in s
