「This is our 3rd stay on the property and 2nd stay in the farmhouse. My daughter lives in Rutherfordton so we spent most of our time with her to include visiting Biltmore, which took all of Sunday. We stayed from Friday evening to Sunday morning. No time to explore as we have done in the past.」

「EVERYTHING about this place was perfect!!It is so clean, appointed perfectly!! Has everything you could need. The property is SO beautiful!From being in the screened porch in the morning having you coffee, listening to the water fall and looking out to the gorgeous views and the same gorgeous views from the jacuzzi. All of house is new and wonderful.I cannot say enough good about it!Would 100% recommend!!」

「My family came into town for the weekend and booked the Farmhouse for 3 nights. The place was incredibly clean and had plenty of space for our family. The grounds are beautiful with 10 acres or so of land which includes a great mixture of open space and trees. The property is only 3 or 4 minutes from downtown Saluda and is easy to access. We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the property owner was great.」

「I can not give this property better ratings. The owners were lovely. The house was so clean and just so cute. It was a slice of heaven. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the beautiful dock and the little pond. The hot tub was wonderful. There are hiking trails in the back of the house to explore. The location is amazing - 10 minutes to town and approx. 40 minutes to Asheville. We were very busy seeing friends and family in the area but next time we will come and just stay put and enjoy the...

「We had a wonderful time with family (9 people & 2 dogs). The weather wasn't perfect, cloudy & rainy. The pool was cool but then the hot tub was great! Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the screened in back porch. We got to feed the cows & Doug, the owner answered all our questions about them. 」

「We were there for a horse show. We loved the property and it was very close to the show grounds. We would highly recommend. 」

「With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and several living areas in addition to a lovely enclosed porch, our family had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The paneling adds a bit of throwback charm. The central a/c system worked very well to keep us cool during hot summer days. Our host, Angie, was very responsive to any questions we had and was always available to help. We were happy with our stay!」
