「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

「We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The location, the amenities and coziness of the home were wonderful. We adored the view. Also the responsiveness of the host was incredible. We will absolutely be back. 」

「Check in time was 4 (with a lockbox). Arrived around 330 and was told we could not check in early and had to wait until 4, so sat in driveway until allowed to check in. Part of town is a little suspect and rough, although it’s only about 3 blocks to downtown. It’s not walkable though due to two lane road with no sidewalk.. Inside of house was clean and well appointed. House key was in lockbox outside, although my husband found a fake sprinkler head within 5 minutes of arriving with another house...

「Beautiful home with a great back yard. Has plenty of room and open space. Also, has an amazing sunken living room/den area. Very clean and has lots of supplies. Chris is easy to communicate with. Definitely will be back. 」
