“First time in Cornwall. Brilliant new owners have just taken over the pub - given a fantastic welcome, really friendly and a great breakfast. Wish them well for the future.”

“I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. We arrived about 4pm, unpacked the car and had a Quick Look……

“We’ve just had a fantastic stay at Sea Barn and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Sarah was an amazing host from start to finish and made us feel so welcome. The property was spotless, relaxing, and extremely well maintained throughout. Everything we needed was provided, including thoughtful extras like food and milk waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The beds were really comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the hot tub was absolutely amazing — perfect for relaxing……

“Excellent standard for a dog friendly hotel. Whilst the team behind the bar could not of been friendlier and helpful a warmer welcome on arrival would have made the whole experience perfect. Will definitely be booking again as so easy and wonderful that our fur pups are so welcomed 👍”

“WARNING: Exercise extreme caution before booking this property. At the scheduled check-in time, I had still not received the self-check-in instructions referred to in the Expedia booking confirmation. I was not provided with full address details to access the accommodation, the host's telephone number appeared to be disconnected, and emails to the host went unanswered. Despite multiple contacts with Expedia before travelling, Expedia was able to provide the information required to gain access……
