Four friends sharing .

Local to all eateries and shops for essentials (grocery, bread,milk) and gifts. Enjoyed our stay . Could have done with a couple more days . Very safe environment and lovely local people .

Lovely stay. Nice house in nice area. Host very responsive and informative on things to do in local area. Many beautiful restaurants in easy walking distance. Pollenca we have visited in past but not stayed but would def stay again. Beautiful and within easy drive of amazing beaches and coves.

Lovely place. As described. Walking distance into town. Pool was lovely. Take flip flopsbeach shoes as the decking gets jolly hot. Air conditioning really welcome. Beds very comfy.

It’s a great house with an ideal living space. Location is perfect on a quiet street but 5 mins to main square, amenities and pretty much all you need. Outdoor space is better than in pictures. The pool although small is perfect to cool down I found dealing with polentia highly professional and slick.

Great house in a great location. Exactly as advertised. The pool is a welcome relief and luxury to have in a property that is right in the town. Awesome air conditioning too!! Thanks to Charlie & Ben for being amazing hosts & looking after us so beautifully! This beautiful townhouse is in a fabulous spot in the historic town of Pollença, with its many shops and restaurants and is a Mecca for cyclists. We will definitely return.

Simply amazing

We stayed here for 2 weeks and even though the pictures do the house justice, we were blown away by how good this place is when you see it for yourself. Fantastic location on a quiet street in the old town, masses of space inside with high quality fixtures and fittings, no expense has been spared. It’s really well designed so even though it’s in a residential area you still get the sun on the deck from just after 10am each morning until just after 6pm at night (we stayed in July), the pool is just great and much more than just a plunge pool. The communication with Pollentia Rentals was first class and a special mention to Michelle for being super responsive and so helpful. Outstanding!

We felt very comfortable, everything was conveniently furnished. Pool and rooms accessible via narrow, partly steep stairs. No problem for mobile people, but otherwise maybe a little sophisticated. Style over substance

Firstly I should say that Charlie and the Pollentia team are super helpful - dealing with a small cockroach invasion quickly - twice. However this property is simply not good value for money and was not particularly clean on arrival. Each bedroom has a huge bath in it, and they all look fantastic, but all come with smelly waste pipes, and serve no real purpose. There is virtually no outside space apart from a strange outside dining area which is dingy and enclosed, and a sun terrace below the plunge pool with no view. Having said all this, the location is great for waking into Pollenca old town and and 5 mins from a public car park from which the beach at Puerta Pollenca is 10 mins away.

Beautiful Townhouse

We’ve been staying in various Townhouses in Pollenca for a number of years now, & this has been one of the best. Very comfortable, convenient, & quiet area. Lovely sunbathing area next to the pool.

Great townhouse near the heart of Pollença

Lovely modern townhouse near everything in Pollença. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Parking isn’t super easy off street, but there’s a free lot just a couple of blocks away. Thanks for everything!
