Huge Villa with great terrace and outdoor area

We had a great cycling trip at Villa Sion, the Villa is very big, so we had plenty of space for all of us. Pep was also very helpful if we ned something during our visit, even recommend a nice ride to Lluc. The pool is also big and the veranda very nice for have dinner outside. Will plan to come back next year!

Villa Sion, our best holiday yet!!!

We are a large family of 10 and we celebrate special occasions with big holidays that we can cherish. Some of us went to Pollensa 3 years ago, and we loved it so much we couldn't wait to bring the rest of the family back (we also used Owl Booking). We were impressed then but wow, we were more impressed this time round. What really stood out for us, was the friendly, welcoming service from the team. Nothing was too much to ask. They replied quickly to any requests or questions I had. All the pre information was really helpful, particularly, the 'local guide'. Now to the villa itself. What a fantastic villa, the best one yet. The villa is very secluded which was perfect for us, as a family with 4 children who splashed and played in the pool every waking hour, we didn't have to worry about disturbing neighbours. The outdoor grounds were great - no slippery steps around the pool to worry about. Ping-pong table and large garden out the back was used often and loved by all. The interior was lovely and airy and one thing that stood out is that we never ran out of cutlery (believe it or not we have been to a few villas, and they have never had enough plates and glasses). That might sound a minor detail but things like that make a big difference. To conclude, it was a fantastic holiday and wonderful memories were made. I would use Owl Booking time and time again, the quality of the villas and commitment they show to their customers, is exemplary. Thank you! Nothing!

The villa was not as advertised. The pictures were out dated. The villa was empty and soulless. We were told 2 days before our trip that the air conditioning would be rationed to night use 9pm to 8am which made staying in the villa in the day uncomfortable. We were told it was a government rule however if we paid an extra 250 we could have the air conditioning on !!Fans were supposed to be delivered but were not there on arrival and when I chased up no reply came until the following day. Four very old shabby broken fans were delivered. The drainage system was blocked up so having a shower smelt absolutely revolting leaving and smell of sewage. The dishwasher only worked if you wiggled the waste pipe to move the dirty water along. The top bathroom has dirty water coming up out of the bath plug when you flush the toilet spraying dirty water into the bath. The downstairs toilet seat is plastic and broken making it skid off the toilet when you sit on it making it dangerous. No one has mentioned that on either side of the villa are two farms with chickens and cockerels crowing all day making a peaceful day round the pool impossible. Everything is cheep old plastic from the flowers hanging out of the pots to the uncomfortable hard sunbeds. The wall on the entrance is unfinished which just gives the villa an unloved feel. All of the 10/10 reviews online are from 2017-2020 none are recent which makes me believe negative reviews are not being shown

Beautiful Villa Sion

We stayed at Villa Sion with our family ages ranged from 19 to 81. The villa is set in a peaceful location with picturesque views. The proximity to local supermarkets, Lidl and Eroski was ideal and also easy access to Pollença town and Port De Pollença. Inside Villa Sion did not disappoint, very well equipped with all you need for your stay. The beautiful garden and pool area have plenty of room for everyone, there are a few steps down to the pool with sun loungers and there are various dining and seating areas in the sun or shade. A car is necessary for shopping and sightseeing. The team at Owl Properties, especially Pep and Claudia, were excellent answering all our questions before travel, arranging transfers and car hire. They were on hand to answer any questions throughout our stay. Overall a fabulous holiday where we all were able to relax during what has been a difficult year due to Covid-19. Many happy memories made.

Ein kurzes aber wunderschönes Wochenende

Soweit war alles perfekt Begrüßungskorb, sehr lieb. An und Abreisebedingungen könnten etwas kulanter sein. Nicht alle Betten sind für Erwachsene ausgelegt.-Lattenrost ! Standart Gewürze,Essig,Öl könnte vor Ort sein

Rural retreat

A large and comfortable villa with a lovely pool, plenty of outdoor seating and eating space and a charcoal bbq. The small welcome pack was very nice but best to shop for everything in Pollença before you arrive. Remember to include dishwasher and laundry products and salt and pepper at the shops- then park your car- and enjoy this fantastic holiday home.

Big, spacious villa, perfect for two families

We spent a lovely week at Villa Sion, perfect for our two families (lots of kids). Very well equipped and the outdoor space could not have been better. Would heartily recommend this villa to anyone. The only note of caution is the airconditioning, which is on a timer so in the heat (we were there in early August) it can be less comfortable than one might think (particularly in the master bedroom upstairs).

Perfect for families. In peaceful location. Great pool and outdoor activities.

A lovely welcome from Pep, the Manager, who was always willing to help during our stay. Villa Sion is very spacious-perfect for families. We requested a replacement for one of the mattresses, which felt somewhat tired, and this was provided on the same day! (a Saturday). Excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Très bon séjour dans cette villa confortable pour 10 personnes

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. Bien située, au calme en pleine nature mais à proximité des lieux touristiques intéressants. Tout y était! Le seul bémol concerne la literie qui n’est pas très confortable et serait à changer. La piscine pourrait également être chauffée.

Schöne Finca mit traumhaftem Garten

Die Finca eignet sich ganz besonders für große Gruppen. Wir haben sie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Oktober besucht. Der große Garten bot den Kindern viel Möglichkeiten zum Spielen: Tischtennis, auf Bäume klettern, mit kleinen Katzen spielen, Schwimmen im Pool.... Auf jeden Fall ein wunderbares Ziel, das traumhaft ruhig und idyllisch liegt.

Peaceful setting and Villa

Me and my family stayed at Ca'n Sion for one week in September, we really enjoyed the Villa, garden and location. 10 min drive from Pollença Old Town and still very quiet. The Villa is very new and of good quality. Can recommend Pep's agency.

Great memories and time

We stayed at this Villa last year and it was incredible, the outdoor area is very nice for chill out and the pool is very big. We really enjoyed the layout of the house, with spacious bedrooms and good comfort. Looking forward to visiting again
