Fun with Friends

A great place to retreat for a week. Close enough to the coast and Pollensa old town as well as shops to reach, but secluded enough that you could have a laugh late into the night with friends. My only advice to those thinking of this place is, there’s a well equipped kitchen with many pots and pans and some serving dishes, but you’ll need to buy your own coal and lighting equipment for the bbq. You’ll also need to buy your own washing up liquid and such like if you are planning on being there for a week. The owners do give you the options to do that through them as well but it comes as a whole ‘bundle’ rather than individual items so it may be worth taking stock when you arrive. Great stay - would return

A fantastic house with everything you need for your holiday . Thanks for some fantastic days . We will absolutely use Sealand villas next time we going for holiday again.. The table tennis table needs to be changed to a new one.

Nice villa in a great location with good pool and outdoor space Some things needed fixing when we arrived which was promptly done but we'd also expect, for the price, for the villa to be better equipped - no scissors, oven gloves or plastic glasses for use outside etc.

Not the easiest place to find. Disappointed pool towels were not supplied as requested. Overall villa was beautiful. Clean, well stocked, and comfy beds. Pool was excellent and provided much fun. Would definitely recommend.

Schöne Finca, geräumig, ruhige und private Lage, toller Aussenbereich. Check-In/-Out war sehr unkompliziert. Kommunikation sehr freundlich und schnell. Innen ist die Finca etwas in die Jahre gekommen (vor allem die Küche). In Summe aber empfehlenswert. Alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Preis-Leistung passt auf jeden Fall.

Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt in der Finca hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung ist ein Mietwagen, da die Finca ziemlich abgelegen liegt. Vorteil ist, dass es dort sehr ruhig ist. Zudem sollte man unbedingt Mückenspray mitnehmen - diese unerwünschten Gäste gibt es dort nämlich zu genüge. Außerdem möchte ich positiv hervorheben, dass innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Besitzer eine defekte Toilette repariert wurde. Auch ein früheres Einchecken war problemlos möglich. In der Küche war eine kleine Grundausstattung an Salz / Pfeffer / Öl leider nicht vorhanden.

As a group of friends looking for a base for a cycling trip this was everything we wanted and more!! Idyllic location close to port de Pollença and lots of the most famous cycling routes. Stand outs for us were the communal spaces (fab outdoor eating area and cosy lounge for the 1 day it rained!) only note would be to definitely have lots of bug spray on hand! We would definitely visit again :)

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen, wenn man etwas abgelegener unterkommen und in einer ruhigen Umgebung unterkommen möchte. Der Außenbereich war sehr schön, jedoch nicht ganz sauber. Es waren in den Bädern teils Dinge defekt (teils nur kaltes Wasser, Duschtür und Toilettendeckel kaputt). Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, allerdings liefen durch kleine Löcher dauerhaft kleine Tierchen auf die Arbeitsplatte. Auch wurde das Geschirr nur sehr unsauber vorgefunden. Ingesamt gute Unterkunft mit Abstrichen an der Sauberkeit.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Finca ist toll und wir fanden sie sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sie liegt total ruhig, man hat viel Platz und ist schnell am Strand sowie bei Supermärkten. Während unserer 6 Tage Aufenthalt kam sogar 1x die Reinigung und hat Bäder, Böden und Pool gereinigt sowie weitere Handtücher gebracht. Auch der Gärtner war einmal zum Rasen mähen vor Ort. Man hat ausreichend Platz zum parken, denn es gibt vor dem Haus noch eine schöne, große private Auffahrt. Der Pool ist wunderbar groß und der Outdoor-Grill mit Outdoor-Kühlschrank perfekt für schöne Abende. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!Nur Kleinigkeiten haben für uns Verbesserungspotential: aus den Waschbecken in den Bädern kam nur wenig Wasser, Duschwasser war häufiger nicht ganz warm, einige Ecken könnten noch ein wenig sauberer sein und die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

bonjour Le logement correspond aux photos du site notre choix concernant cette maison était par rapport à la maison en elle même et le jacuzzi car à cette période nous savions que nous n utiliserons pas la piscine.donc déception de notre part quand nous avons appris que le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous avions émis plusieurs fois par message que nous souhaitions l utiliser.de plus en début de séjour une salle de bain n avait pas d eau chaude nous l avons signaler mais pas d'intervention sur le restant de la.semaine.Le ménage de milieu de semaine trs bien.même si de petits désagrément ce logement est sublime et très accueillant. notre séjour reste inoubliable ....merci sealand villas

The villa exceeded our expectations, making it an ideal spot for sport vacations. The Jacuzzi was particularly delightful after a day of riding. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving eight people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the villa, even during the off-seasonbike season. Additionally, communicating with the host was straightforward and consistently prompt.

Eine schöne Finka in toller Umgebung , man konnte von hier aus viele Ausflugsziele erreichen . Viel Platz und sehr privat , schön zum entspannen und erholen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Restaurants auch schnell erreichbar . Es war gut geheizt im Haus , da es im Februar doch noch sehr kühl ist und der Kamin leider nicht genutzt werden kann . Für den Pool war es auch zu kalt . Leider konnte man den Whirlpool auch nicht nutzen, da er zu verschmutzt war . Das ist schade , da man in dieser Jahreszeit ja sonst nicht baden kann o.ä.Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt !
