We loved staying at Villa Can Suau Petit. The villa fit out was excellent, it was clean and perfect for a small family to have a very relaxing holiday. Highly recommended. We were kept awake by the next door neighbours. I do think there needs to be more done between the home owners to limit rowdy guests staying.

Magnifique villa

La villa se situe en pleine nature légèrement en hauteur. La vue imprenable sur l'île avec ses montagnes, sa végétation est sublime. La villa est dotée de plusieurs espaces agréables : une terrasse à l'ombre d'un bel arbre, un coin piscine et son salon. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La maison est située à mi chemin de Pollensa et du port de Pollensa, commerces facilement accessibles. L'agence a été réactive pour régler des petits problèmes à notre arrivée. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver la villa, accès un peu caché qui pourrait être mieux indiqué à partir de la route MA-2200. La route se situe à 200/300 mètres en contre bas de la villa. Le bruit de la circulation est perceptible à l'extérieur de la villa. A l'intérieur de la villa, aucune gêne.

Eine schöne Woche...

Wunderschönes Ambiente, drinnen wie draußen. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Weinkühlschrank.Tolle Poolanlage. Die gesamte Finca sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre schön! Die Klimaanlage entsprach nicht so sehr unseren Vorstellungen, die kühlste Temperatur lag bei 24°. Außerdem stellte sich die Klimaanlage nachts immer wieder aus und an. Die nahegelegene Straße ist sicherlich zu hören, dieses hat uns jedoch weniger gestört. Noch ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Kaffeemaschine sollte dringend entkalkt werden!
