Das Anwesen ist unglaublich privat und ruhig

Das Anwesen ist unglaublich privat und ruhig. Das Haus selbst ist typisch mallorkinisch und sehr süss eingerichtet. wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. der Pool ist wunderbar gross. leider konnten wir ihn nicht mehr benutzen (zu kalt, aber dafür kann Sealand Villas nichts). es gab bei der Ankunft in der Nacht einen Sturm und am nächsten Tag kam ein netter Herr um den Pool zu säubern und sich zu erkundigen ob alles ok ist. das fanden wir auch sehr nett. Wir haben gegrillt und und es genossen, dass gleich davor sowas wie ein Wintergarten steht. so muss man nicht alles über die Terrasse in die Küche tragen. morgens scheint dort auch die Sonne und so kann man herrlich fruhstücken.man bekommt alle Informationen proaktiv und Sealand antwortet innerhalb weniger Minuten. so hatten angefragt ob einen früherer Check in möglich ist, der auch geklappt hat. Die Anfahrt ist ein bisschen Tricky durch die enge "Gasse" (cami), aber alle entgegenkommenden Fahrzeuge halten entsprechend an Engstellen.

Super schön zum Bewohnen

Das Team von SealandVillas hatte sich im Vorfeld, rührend um all unsere Belange und Fragen gekümmert. Das Haus war sauber und baulich in sehr gutem Zustand. Durch die umlaufenden Verschattungen, findet man zu jeder Tageszeit einen schattigen Ort zum sitzen. Die Lage ist generell absolut ruhig. Für einen Erholungsurlaub ganz prima geeignet.

The accommodation is great if you’re looking for a place with your friendsfamily to calm down. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Our highlight was the pool and the big garden with no direct neighbors. You’ll definitely need a car to buy groceries, visit places in the area nearby,explore the beautiful surroundings. The host was quick to respond to our requests and provided clear instructions on how to reach the accommodation, which made our arrival straightforward. Me and my friends had a great stay!

A lovely Spanish Villa in a quiet area near Porto Pollença

A lovely Spanish Villa in a quiet area near Porto Pollença. Well equipped with a fabulous pool and outdoor area, including BBQ. The Villa is 5km out of town and is very private but you will need a car. The owner made sure the pool was always pristine. The nearby Hotel Llenaire is an amazing venue for dinner with fabulous food and wine and stunning views over the bay. If you want a transitional Spanish villa with a great pool in a quiet location this place fits the bill. The villa includes cleaning but you need to confirm by email before your stay. We would definitely recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden.

Nachdem sich das imposante automatische Tor öffnet fährt man zwischen Oleander um eine Kurve zu dem großen Parkplatz. Das weitläufige Grundstück und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt und sehr, sehr sauber. Die Finca ist authentisch und strahlt eine gewisse Gemütlichkeit und Ursprünglichkeit aus. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Daneben befindet sich noch ein Wintergarten, freundlich und hell. Die Sitzgarnitur eignet sich gut zum lesen, weil im Haus ist es etwas dunkel.Im April waren wir sehr froh, dass die Heizung so wunderbar funktioniert hat. Sie ist sehr leistungsstark und Innerhalb von Minuten war das Wohnzimmer warm. Wir erwähnen dies ausdrücklich, weil in der vorangegangen Finca haben wir die Räume nicht warm bekommen und gefroren. Die Finca liegt zentral und man ist schnell in Alcudia, Polenca oder am Strand. Besonders gut hat uns das gemütliche kleine Städtchen Port Polenca gefallen. Wir haben das erste Mal über die Agentur sealandvillas gebucht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Der Kontakt war problemlos und bei Anfragen wurde einem sofort geholfen.

Wundervolle Finca in ruhiger und wunderschöner ländlicher Lage. Perfekt für jeden, der etwas Ruhe abseits vom Trubel sucht. Der große Garten mit Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Haus bietet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt und lässt einen wohl fühlen.

Maison au calme avec très belle piscine

Maison très agréable, tout ce qu'il faut. Très grand extérieur, jardin avec son citronnier, terrasses couvertes et grande piscine. Point qui peut gener : 5 visites en 12 jours du propriétaire, très gentil cependant.
