Wonderful view of the sea

Positives: The location, a beautiful view, super fast on the beach, the apartment is generally quite nice, some things are a bit outdated, e.g. the kitchen, the bathrooms and also the sofa. The owners are very nice + totally eager to do the best for their guests. If there are any problems, they are approachable and also come by. We were also able to check in earlier which we were very happy about. Among other things, we had problems with the coffee machine. It was broken and the owners didn't have a new one, but they did have coffee powder for the Italian espresso machine and Nespresso capsules. What we found very nice. Unfortunately, a broken shutter in the bedroom also bothered us, as the blinds are transparent, which means that the streetlamp lit up the room at night. The owners made a makeshift repair to the shutter so that the room could be darkened. Negatives: Apartment looks more modern in the pictures. Poor water pressure at the sinks. Bedroom door could not be closed, lock did not engage. Communication with the owners difficult. I often didn't get an answer. Even when the owners came by, there was no announcement that they were coming. This happened 3 times within 6 days. Light bulbs were broken, which made cooking in the kitchen difficult. Would have been nice: a clothes horse, an information flyer with password WLAN, garbage disposal, tips for food, excursions, ... We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much! Lovely spot right across from the beach

Wonderful location. The apartment was just right for our needs. Not too fancy but plenty special and comfortable. Waking up and having coffee on the veranda was my favorite thing. Walkable to all the local restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Home from home

Well situated, large apartment, overlooking the waterfront, and a short stroll along the front, to central Port de Pollenca. We enjoyed the space, particularly the balcony with its extended views over the bay. The kichen had all ameneties necessary, with its large round window giving us a view through to the spacious dining/living area. We also had plenty of options with the 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a small supermarket less than a minute away, and several bars/cafe's/restaurants, one on the beach, close by if you dont want to venture far. Check in/out was straight forward. We enjoyed our stay.

Es war eine wunderschöne schöne Woche die wir in Pollenca erleben durften. Angefangen vom Kontakt mit der Vermieterin über der wundervollen Wohnung bis zur Lage war alles super. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse den wir beim frühstücken, Abendessen oder einfach beim chillen genießen durften war einzigartig. Ruhig gelegen und nur 5 Minuten zum Ort und Hafen Vielen Dank nochmal Franzisca für den schönen Urlaub und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Lovely surroundings, but apartment needs an upgrade in every way!

Furniture worn out. Floor only swept, no vaccuum cleaner, just a hairy broom. Cutlery and dishes needed to be cleaned. Out of 4 plates from the stove only 1 workd.Toilet bowl and sink in master bathroom seemed new, but stains on the walls and hair in the bath tub. Good: big fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer (although last ones seem as old as 20 years...) We would never go there with little kids/babies as you can't leave them on the floor. Host and family (mother-in-law came by to check the cleaniness, she cleaned herself at 80 years) were friendly and helpful, still it felt flithy living there.

Family fun

Raquel was an excellent host responding quickly when we experienced power and water outage during a huge storm. The apartment was perfect for our needs, a stay with our young adult children. The view was great, straight out onto the sunrise and fun for watching the world go by. Access into town was very easy and the convenience of very local stores for fresh bread was ideal. Just what we wanted

The location was great—on the sea, next to a restaurant, with a SPAR nearby and super accessible parking. The apartment is nicely appointed, the beds are firm but comfortable, and the outdoor eating/sitting area is amazing. Owner was quick to respond to needs and also easy going, which was restful! We enjoyed so much we booked next year’s stay while there.

Nice appartment amazingly located

The location is great: at the beach, close to restaurants, and still quiet. The appartment is very well equipped and has a super nice balcony. The only disadvantage are poorly soundproofed walls so that each noise from the street can be heard.

Grosse schöne Wohnung an Top-Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Meerblick. Sie ist gross und gut ausgestattet. Leider riecht das Wasser stark nach Chlor, aber da kann die Vermietung wohl nichts dafür. Toll sind auch die Strandtücher und Strandutensilien.

A Week in Puerto de Pollensa

A lovely apartment with spectacular views in a very convenient location. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you could need, and walking distance from everywhere. Our host answered all our questions straight away. The balcony is a decent size with gorgeous views. The only slight negatives were uncomfortable beds/pillows, and the local noise, but the location was well worth it. We had a fabulous week away and would love to return next year.

Wonderful stay in beautiful space

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious apartment. Location is great - right by the beach and close to shops, restaurants etc. The apartment is really well maintained, has a wonderful view of the sea and everything you could need. The host couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay here. As a few other reviewers have mentioned there is quite a bit of noise nearby at night but it is largely quiet by midnight. I would only bring this into consideration if staying with small children who might be heading to bed earlier in the evening. Thanks Raquel for a great stay.

Beach front apartment

We paid the deposit for the apartment before the pandemic and we finally stayed last week. We were all thrilled to be back In Puerto pollensa .The apartment was lovely. The beds were a bit hard but it didn't spoil our holiday there.

Great place to stay

Fantastic location looking over the bay, great space in the apartment and terrace , plenty of room for everyone. Loved the outside terrace with all day sunshine til early evening. . Good facilities. Only downside of being close to the beach/road is there is some noise at night for light sleepers, but not overly noisy . Great place to stay couldn’t fault it

Fantastic location

We have stayed in Puerto de Pollensa numerous times but this is by far the best location of an apartment that we have stayed in. Right on the seafront. Apartment is well equipped and clean and even has beach towels provided. Will definitely return.

Highlight der Wohnung ist der fantastische Ausblick über die Bucht von Pollenca! Auch sonst war die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Alle Elektrogeräte, ausreichend Kochzubehör und Geschirr, reichlich Handtücher, Bademäntel und Geschirrtücher, aber auch viele nützliche Kleinigkeiten wie Bücher, Kugelschreiber, Schere, ....
