Apartment just 80 meters from the beach:
Charming apartment in an exclusive area of Puerto Pollensa, just 100 metres from the beach

This bright and welcoming apartment is located in the prestigious Illador Hotel area of Puerto Pollensa, just a few steps from the sea. Situated on a first floor with stair access only (no lift), it offers peace and convenience in a privileged setting.

With an approximate surface area of 100 m², it features three spacious double bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds, all equipped with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. There are two full bathrooms with showers, designed to provide maximum comfort for groups of up to 6 people.

The apartment includes a very bright living-dining area with air conditioning and direct access to a private balcony, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave and all necessary utensils, and connects seamlessly with the living space. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

Free Wi-Fi and easy on-street parking are available.
