We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the sea 8n rhe little village Cala de Sant Vincence a lot.

Très spacieux, parfait pour un groupe d’amis ou une famille. 2 Superbes criques à distance à pied (cala molins notre préférée). Magnifique vue depuis le balcon La propreté des draps (ce n’etait pas super propre, mais c’était tout de meme ok)

Im Grund eine schöne Wohnung, aber miserabel unterhalten

Sehr gross. Gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht durch die grossen Fenster. Leider alles in schlechtem Zustand. Kaputte Messer, Türgriffe etc. Es ost keine Liebe vorhanden buw niemand scheint zur Wohnung zu schauen dass Sie im Schuss bleibt. Sie hat Potential für höhere Bewertugen, wenn man den Unterhalt aber weiterhin vernachlässigt wird Sie in eine sehr tiefe Bewertung fallen. Das dritte Zimmer ist feucht/,Schimmel und wir konnten es nicht benutzen.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Bliskość plaży. Apartament przestronny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Wygodne łóżka. Największy minus to klimatyzacja z wyłącznikiem czasowym, w środku nocy się wyłącza, trzeba wstać i włączyć ją ponownie. Budziliśmy się z gorącą ️

Overall, we had an OK time at this places. Check-In was supposed to be at 5pm. When we got there at 5:30pm the cleaning people were still cleaning. We left our stuff (which I am never comfortable with) and came back an hour later. It wasn’t very clean though… more like superficial quick wiping things down. A dirty rag was left in the kitchen sink, a dirty towel in the bathroom hamper.There were a bunch of things that weren’t great: A broken coffee table, dirty dishes in the cabinets, a broken balcony door (couldn’t be locked), broken AC in the kitchen, a broken chair, missing lightbulbs in nightstand lamp… it also said they provide essentials. There were NONE. We had to buy salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, detergent, sponges. Two days in we received a „welcome pack that included those things“. Nobody told us someone would go into the apartment to leave it there. It was too late by then anyway. The money was spent. The staff was very responsive. Wouldn’t come back.

Tolles sonniges Apartment

Wir waren wirklich geflasht, wie schön der Ausblick aufs Meer ist. Es gibt sogar mehrere Terrassen aber die Eine zum Meer ist am schönsten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt zahlreiche Handtücher. Die Sauberkeit ist top. Die Einrichtung modern reduziert,was uns sehr gut gefällt. Das Restaurant unten stört gar nicht, eher nett wenn man abends sich noch schnell einen Drink holen will. Wenn wir uns noch etwas wünschen könnten, wäre es: das man ein paar Möbelstücke ersetzen sollte, die nicht mehr ganz so fit sind und wackeln. Die Klimaanlage ist auch nicht so zuverlässig. Aber die Agentur kommt sofort, wenn was ist und hilft sehr freundlich. Alles zusammen war es so schön im Windsurf. Die Lage zum Meer und die Infrastruktur ist ist kaum zu toppen. Gerne wieder.

Appartement très lumineux avec de très grandes baies vitrées, ce qui l´a rendu très agréable mais nous y sejournions en hors saison.Nous avons regretté l´absence de possibilité d´utiliser le balcon pour y dejeuner ou y diner faute d´équipement (aucune table pour 4 ou chaises d´extérieur). Le restaurant situé sous le balcon ne nous a pas gêné car peu fréquenté à cette epoque de l´année.

Bien situé et spacieux

Face à la mer et proche des commodités. Bien équipé en cuisine. Pack d’accueil parfait pour 4 nuits. Très spacieux L’appartement nous a paru un peu bricolé : manque ampoules salle de bain, poignées cassées, manque chaises extérieures, vitre sans rideaux dans la salle de bain et qui ne s’ouvre pas, table basse et fauteuils cassés… Beaucoup de bruit au dessus d’un restaurant… dans l’annonce il y a de noté 2 chambres mais il y en a 3..!!

Empfehlenswert und immer eine Reise wert.

Ausstattung, Lage, Helligkeit, Gemütliche Betten, viel Platz, leichtes Parken vor Ort, die Ruhe Tresor war bei Ankunft schon verschlossen, so leider nicht nutzbar. Zwischenreinigung hat nicht stattgefunden.Eine Zimmertüre war verzogen, nicht zu schließen.

Sehr zentrale, große, nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und auch sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Dennoch gab es ein paar Punkte abzug für einen verstopften Abfluss in der Dusche, den ich reinigen musste, da dieser mit Haaren zugesetzt war von den Vorgängern. Die Türklinken oder auch Verkleidungen waren teilweise locker oder defekt. Und das teilweise sehr abgenutzte Geschirr mussten wir nochmal vor der Benutzung richtig säubern. Die Balkone könnte man auch atraktiver gestalten. Sonst aber eine schöne, groß geschnitte, helle Wohnung.
