A barbecue and outdoor patio area provide a peaceful setting for a home-cooked meal before retreating indoors for family time in front of the living room's TV. Sneak into the fully equipped kitchen for a late-night snack where standard kitchen appliances can be found and utilised.
The ground floor of this two-story villa features comprises a light-filled lounge/dining area with cream-coloured sofas and a dining table complete with 10 chairs.
This level also includes a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom (two single beds) with ensuite shower room, a further twin bedroom (two single beds) and a shower room. Each of these bedrooms has terrace access through patio doors. The bed sizes are as follows: 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a twin bedroom (two single beds), a double bedroom featuring a floor-to-ceiling windows, and a full bathroom.
