We enjoyed our visit to this lovely villa within 10 minutes drive of both Alcudia and Pollensa with their restaurants and bars. It is set in a rural location with cockerels and horses for company. The outside space and pool area is really good and we spent most of our time out on the veranda or by the pool. The accommodation was more than sufficient for my wife and I with 3 good sized bedrooms (the beds were very comfortable). The kitchen was adequately equipped although both the toaster and the coffee machine could do with being replaced. Take the property owners advice and use bottled water for the kettle.My only other slight quibble is that we could not find any dedicated pool towels however this was a minor point.Finally I should say that the Instructions on how to get to the villa were provided and were easily understood with a google maps pin making navigation to the property simple and the property was very clean and tidy.

The property is stunning, a lovely old villa with tranquil surroundings, the pool is perfect. Only a 5 minute drive to pollenca, and 10 mins to port pollencaAlcudia. Amazing beaches at cala St Vincent Only 10 minutes away. Some modernisation would be good in the kitchen but a stunning villa.

The property is stunning, a lovely old villa with tranquil surroundings, the pool is perfect. Only a 5 minute drive to pollenca, and 10 mins to port pollenca or Alcudia. Amazing beaches at cala St Vincent Only 10 minutes away. Some modernisation would be good in the kitchen but a stunning villa.

Great stay

We had a great holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. The location for us was fabulous. It’s secluded but still within 10 min drive of beaches, restaurants and shops. The pool and outdoor facilities are great. The en-suite had been modernised since the listing photos were taken which was nice. Several rooms indoors will also benefit from some modernising, especially the kitchen (no dishwasher) and the downstairs bathroom. This would make a great villa into a perfect villa!

Wir waren hier für 10 Nächte und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Finca ist geräumig und alles ist sehr sauber. Toller Pool, toller Garten , viel Platz und sehr ruhig … es war einfach schön hier. Wir kommen sicher wieder !!

Rundum tolle Unterkunft

Wunderschönen ruhigen gelegene Unterkunft Der Garten und Poolbereich laden zum verweilen ein und man verbringt gerne viel Zeit in der Unterkunft. Man hat sehr viel Abstand zu den Nachbarn und keiner hat direkten Einblick zum Pool oder Terrasse. Der Pool ist sehr groß und schön angelegt. Bad im oberen Schlafzimmer wurde renoviert und hat nun eine Dusche mit Glas anstatt Vorhang. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt mit super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Die Matratzen im oberen Schlafzimmer könnten erneuert werden. Hier ist bei den Matratzen jede einzelne Feder der Matratze zu spüren und sind Teile sehr durchgelegen, dies hat den Komfort beim Schlafen doch deutlich reduziert. Beim Schlafzimmer neben der Küche ist die Klimaanlage sehr laut und kann Nachts kaum angelassen werden. Im oberen Bad roch es leider sehr nach Abfluss/Kloake wenn die fenster geschlossen waren. Man konnte das Bad nur mit offenem Fenster verwenden.

Beautiful villa - appalling facilities

We stayed at this villa for two weeks (16 July - 30 July 2022). While on the outside the villa looks beautiful the actual villa's facilities were very poor. Listed below are the issues we encountered during our stay: Kitchen No chopping board No oven dish to cook with No corkscrew Dodgy electrics The plug was red hot when using the kettle The electrics kept tripping when we tried to use the toaster, so that wouldn't work The kettle stopped working No hot water in the sink Outside The table was filthy on arrival Ant infestation outside Problems with cats - one defecated on the outdoors sofa (you couldn't use the sofas) Bedroom The bedroom light stopped working halfway through our stay The property manager was not very responsive and also took a higher deposit than the listing stated which was dishonest and unethical. I would not recommend booking this villa.

Guter Auftakt in den Urlaub

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Objekt genossen. Die Außenanlage ist wirklich schön, der Pool lädt zum planschen und verweilen ein. Guter Kontakt zum (deutschsprachigen) Verwalter.

Tolles Haus mit ein paar Verbesserungen

Total traumhafter Pool Lage super Die Küche könnte etwas moderner sein vor allem fehlt ein Geschirrspüler. Die Bäder wären mit Glaswänden statt Duschvorhängen etwas schöner Beim Gasofen wäre eine Anleitung toll

Wir haben den Aufenthalt total genossen. Unsere 4 Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine.... Wir kommen wieder!!!

Die Unterkunft war ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Tagesausflüge und Ruheort um wieder Kraft & Energie zu tanken. Wir wurden am Ankunftstag perfekt betreut und haben alle wichtigen Informationen erhalten. Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Garten (inkl. Pool) waren sehr sauber und gepflegt.
