The main entrance, located under a covered front terrace, gives us access to a small living room with sofas and a Smart TV. From this area, we access a dining room and another living room with comfortable sofas. A fully equipped separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower complete this area of the house. From the kitchen, a glass door gives us access to a fully furnished outdoor terrace and a covered area with a barbecue, which has a gas hob and a fridge.
Two interior staircases access the bedroom area, these comprise three bedrooms and a double room, one of the double rooms has a full bathroom right next to it and the other bedrooms share another full bathroom with a bathtub. It is worth noting that on the lower floor, near the living room, there is another bathroom with a shower.
